Serving sizzling steaks, and fresh fish and shellfish, The Hydra Steakhouse is North Idaho's premier dining experience for lunch and supper. Northern Idaho is understood for its many prizes like Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer Mountain Resort. My focus will always be on regional price and local business, so no chain dining establishments (unless it's an Idaho chain!) in this post.
